Design Responsibility
While Future Digit strives to ensure error-free design and functionality, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to malfunctions of the website or any part of it.
Clients are responsible for thoroughly testing any applications or software developed by Future Digit before making them generally available for use. While Future Digit will endeavor to correct significant errors or glitches found after the website is launched, we are not obligated to do so unless they deviate from the standards outlined in the project brief.
Ownership Clause
Future Digit retains ownership of the web server, website, graphics, content, and any programming code until the Client pays all outstanding invoices in full. All work done by Future Digit remains our property and copyright unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not commercially reproduce or resell any work done by Future Digit without our explicit written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Future Digit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their operation or performance. This includes uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
By using our Services, you agree to hold harmless Future Digit, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, regardless of the form of action, is limited to the amount you paid for our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
